Had a fantastic family stay near the beach. Clean rooms & great poolside snacks. LOVED the ocean view from the heated swimming pool. Would choose again! Better in person.

This hidden gem of a hotel is a total steal - great value for money! 🌟 Meals were top-notch, with Sathi Raj and Sameer going above and beyond. Had a blast at the pool and enjoyed the jacuzzi, but the draining system can be a bit slow - no biggie, though! a fantastic spot for a relaxing family getaway. 🏖️

The room size here is great, with comfy beds and a lovely seaview. the staff, especially Joyce from Housekeeping, were super attentive and helpful. the location is spot on, making it easy to access the beach and enjoy the Jacuzzi. Plus, the late checkout option was a godsend.

I wish the facilities' opening hours were more flexible. It would have been nice to use the Jacuzzi early in the morning or late at night for some relaxation.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en bracht onze bagage netjes naar de kamer. Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was geweldig, we konden de prachtige kerk zien. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er waren genoeg faciliteiten in het hotel. Het enige minpunt was dat de ambiance van het restaurant een beetje eenvoudig was. Maar over het algemeen was het een fantastisch hotel en hadden we een geweldige tijd in de stad.

City Stay Beach Hotel Apartments - Marjan Island provided great value for money with super clean rooms and a top location near a clean beach. Mustafa, the manager, was incredibly helpful and attentive, making our stay memorable. Special thanks to receptionist Sarah. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and covered free parking was a plus for convenience.

Rooms at City Stay Beach offer a clean space with a very nice view. the hotel's style resembles an ordinary family building with a small entrance leading to the reception. Its great proximity to the corniche enhances its appeal.

Slightly noisy AC and cleanliness issues.

The balcony view was stunning, it felt like sipping a cocktail on a private yacht. The sunset over the sea was pure magic, and we spent hours soaking up the breathtaking scenery. It was a real treat to have such a mesmerizing view right from the comfort of our room.

We visited Al Hamra Golf Club and Al Hamra Marina and Yacht Club, and they were so much fun! The hotel location was perfect for our activities.

We wished there were more vibrant nightlife events for young people at the hotel.

The curries at the onsite restaurant were next-level delicious, a true culinary adventure! The hotel's ideal beach location and attentive staff added to the charm.

The hotel provides good access to all main roads and is close to a lovely park for kids with restaurants nearby. It is also located near the beach and offers stunning views from the balcony. The staff at the reception, restaurant, and housekeeping are very helpful in providing immediate service. Plus, the delicious breakfast is certainly a plus.

The accessibility of the bathroom is not up to the required standard, and the pool access is restricted due to ongoing construction.

The relaxation facilities like the spa, sauna, and swimming pool enhanced our family bonding time. the proximity to landmarks like Al Hamra Marina and Yacht Club and Bab Al Bahr added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. a great place for a relaxing family vacation.

Airy, modern apartments with all the tech gadgets I need. Enjoyed a Swedish massage and water adventures nearby. Found the art choices interesting! No pets allowed, so my imaginary camel stayed home! Balcony views were a plus. Tried out various massage types. Guests got everything for their money. 10km from an SPB, perfect for exploring. Lovely private sand beach. worth a visit for a relaxing stay.

The hotel offered a range of recreational amenities, including a private beach which provided a serene and relaxing environment to unwind after a busy day. The onsite spa was truly impressive, and I indulged in a rejuvenating Swedish massage that left me feeling completely relaxed. The fitness center and sauna were also great additions, providing plenty of opportunities for leisure and wellness activities. The services at the spa were top-notch, with a variety of massages available, including deep-tissue, hot stone, Swedish, and Thai massages. The facilities were also exceptional, with a children's pool ensuring a family-friendly environment for all guests.

Reception and room service staff were unaccommodating and inconsistent with room service timing.

We had a great stay at this modern and clean hotel located by the beach. Our room had a nice view and came with complementary water and Wi-Fi. The breakfast may be basic but it was very good. We appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to help. Sure there were minor issues, but we enjoyed our stay overall.

The staff, especially Sarah and her manager, were very accommodating and checked us in quickly. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had modern decor. the food was good, although breakfast had limited varieties. the beach was enjoyable, and the children had fun collecting starfish. the staff, including Maryam, Ayoub, and C, provided excellent service. We would definitely consider coming back, especially when the swimming pool is completed. it was an affordable and pleasant stay.

loved the clean - spacious 1-bedroom apartment close to the beach. The park nearby is peaceful at night. They went out of their way to accommodate our vegetarian diet - bringing us dal tadka on request.

I recently stayed at City Stay Beach Hotel for a family vacation. The pool area was fantastic, especially for the kids. They had a friendly lifeguard on duty which made me feel at ease. The dinner and breakfast options were delicious, and the staff was cooperative and friendly. The location was ideal, with a private beach and good parking available. The highlight for me was the sit-out on the beach, which offered a beautiful view. a good value for the money with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and good water pressure in the shower.

Visiting the Al Hamra Golf Club and Al Hamra Marina and Yacht Club added a delightful touch to our family getaway. The kids had a blast exploring the marina, while my wife and I enjoyed a round of golf with stunning views.

We had a fantastic stay at this historic hotel in the center of this city. The location was perfect – close to theaters, Bryant Park, and shopping. The hotel facilities were great, with a cozy and warm atmosphere. The staff were amazing and helpful throughout our stay. Our room, a one-bedroom suite, was small but just right for our needs. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch.
